Steve Jobs often said that a computer is like a "bicycle for the mind." Technology has always been about enabling people to do more. At EXIOSS, we are driven by a strong desire to help people. Our passion for technology and that desire are at our very core. You know that feeling you get when you do something that genuinely helps someone? Us too! It's as close as we can get to being superheroes!

Who we are

RedShift Technologies, Inc., now EXIOSS, was born in 2003. Our founder Steve Grovenor was Director of Operations and Technology at a Cable TV company before it was sold. Some of its former executives started their businesses. When they found themselves swimming in technology challenges, they reached out to Steve for his advice. With a keen eye for identifying issues and providing real solutions, what began as a simple consultancy quickly evolved into a full-fledged IT Services company.

Managed Services for small businesses didn't exist 20 years ago. The tools for providing such services were in their infancy and relegated to large companies with substantial budgets. Over the years, our IT consultancy has transformed into a cutting-edge Managed Services Provider. The tools have evolved along with the industry, but our mission remains:

"EXIOSS exists to continually improve the IT systems and experience of each client through a 'people first' approach."

Customer service has always been the primary focus for EXIOSS. Directly supporting our end users is a core value Steve has instilled into every staff member. Even when a solution extends beyond our internal scope, whether your telecom or ISP, we will work with the vendor directly to resolve it, saving our clients the frustration of extra time on the phone.

What is your ITQ?

We view our relationship with our customers as a partnership. Whether by educating the individual or providing company-wide training classes, we look for ways for your company to increase its ITQ or "Information Technology Quotient" and utilize technology to its fullest extent. We understand small businesses, and we are passionate about seeing you succeed. With that in mind, we work hard to live out this vision:
